Product Infeed and Spacing System

Group Compression and Stabilization System
Some product groups need temporary compression or side support before entering the secondary package.
The purpose is not necessarily to reduce the product volume. It is to keep the required arrangement stable while the group is being transferred.
The applied pressure must be controlled carefully. Excessive compression can deform food products, damage retail packs, or change the appearance of soft goods.

 

Group Transfer System
After the required quantity has been formed, the complete group is transferred into the packaging section.
The method depends on product fragility, group weight, stack stability, and the direction in which the group enters the package.

 

Secondary Flow Wrapping Machine
A flow wrapper encloses the prepared product group in a continuous film package.
It is suitable for grouped products that can maintain a reasonably stable shape during horizontal transfer.
The film width, sealing method, bag length, and product pitch are selected according to the final bundle dimensions.

 

Secondary Bagging Machine
A secondary bagging machine places a counted or stacked product group into a larger flexible bag.
This format is suitable for products sold as family packs, wholesale packs, commercial packs, or fixed-quantity bundles.
The bag opening, group insertion, and sealing process must accommodate the full dimensions of the arranged product group.

 

Cartoning System
Products can also be counted, stacked, or grouped before loading into a folding carton.
