On September 19, 2026, Soontrue officially completed its new customer hospitality center and rooftop garden at its Foshan facility.
Designed for customers, partners and visiting teams, the new space brings together business meeting areas, private reception rooms, dining facilities, tea rooms, leisure spaces and an open rooftop garden — creating a more complete environment for communication before, during and after a factory visit.
For Soontrue, however, this project is about more than creating a new place to receive guests.
It is part of how we want customers to experience Soontrue.

Factory Visits Are About More Than Machines

For buyers of packaging machinery and automated production lines, visiting a manufacturer is often an important part of the decision-making process.
A customer may arrive to inspect a flow wrapping machine, discuss a complete packaging line, conduct sample testing, review a factory layout, or carry out machine acceptance.
But many of the most important conversations happen outside the machine demonstration itself.

Above the reception center, the rooftop garden creates an open-air environment away from the production floor, offering another place for customers and partners to talk, rest and spend time with the Soontrue team.
Rather than concentrating every interaction inside a meeting room, the space allows a customer visit to move naturally between technical discussions, factory inspections, meals and informal communication.
